Refunds and cancellation

A pass is a one-time purchase covering 30 days. It does not renew automatically, and no card or wallet details are stored, so there is no subscription to cancel and no future charge to stop. When a pass ends, it simply ends. If we ever offer optional renewing subscriptions, cancelling the renewal will be available from your account settings, and this page will say how.

• Before you use it: refundable in full. If you bought a pass and have not sent any message on it, tell us and we will refund the purchase.
• EU and UK consumers: the 14-day withdrawal right. You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Because the service begins immediately at your request, a deduction proportional to the use you have already taken may apply, as French consumer law provides (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation).
• If our fault stopped you using it: refunded in full. Where a technical failure on our side prevented access you paid for, we refund without argument, whatever the usage.
• Otherwise: once a pass has been used, it is generally non-refundable, because what was bought has been consumed. We may still refund marginal cases at our discretion. We would rather refund than argue.

Email support@pompara.com from the address on your account, with the order id from your receipt email if you have it. A human answers, and refund decisions are made within one business day of the request.

Cryptocurrency purchases are refunded in the same currency, to a wallet address confirmed from the email address on the account that made the payment, and only for payments our records show as yours. Network fees on the original payment are charged by the network, not by us, and cannot be returned.

Top-ups (extra messages or voice minutes) keep their balance, which is usable whenever you hold an active pass, and are treated the same way: refundable in full while unused, generally non-refundable once drawn down.
