Content statement

Every character on Pompara, and every image and voice of them, is entirely computer-generated. No photograph, film, or recording of any real human being is presented anywhere on the Service. No performers, models, or actors are engaged in the production of any Pompara content, and no real person's likeness is used.

Because no actual human beings are depicted, no performer records of the kind required for depictions of real people (such as those under 18 U.S.C. §2257 in the United States) arise from this content. We state this here so the position is explicit rather than assumed.

The characters are fictional inhabitants of Pompeii in 79 AD, authored by Pompara. Every character has a stated adult age, and every character is depicted as an adult. The Service maintains an absolute prohibition on content involving minors, enforced by model-level constraints and pre-generation safety filtering, and on depictions of real, identifiable people, including public figures. Images are produced by Pompara's own custom-trained image-generation model. All training Pompara performs on this model uses 100% synthetic data and contains no real-person imagery; every training subject depicted is over 21, a deliberate margin above the legal adult age. This keeps a protective layer between our content and any real person at every stage we control. Images are produced in advance under human review and selected to fit the conversation; the Service does not generate images from user prompts on demand, and does not accept image uploads from users.

Every AI-generated image carries a visible "Pompara" watermark identifying it as AI-generated.
